After installing my new incredible reverse cycle AC, the guy's noticed that my earth stake had been concreted in, rendering it useless and a connection had been dislodged from my hot water system, so they drilled a new hole, took out the old stake, replaced it with a new one and connected everything as it should have been to make it all safe and compliant for me. It was no trouble for them, they got it done very quickly and the extra cost was minimal. They not only do the job they were sent to do, they look after you.

Just a routine check of RCDs + smoke alarm. Lucky he rang when he was on way; he'd been told the wrong address!

Called Nixon Bunbury when we had a breaker box short out taking out the power to our whole office. They had Nathan on-site in less than 20 minutes who diagnosed the issue, got the parts and replaced all the breakers and restored our power in about 2 hours. He even vacuumed the carpet after he was done!

Rana, Dylan and the Busselton team have been amazing to work with. Guided me through an insurance claim and helped with every hurdle. Then incredible patience while I decided which heating/cooling option to proceed with. The lads who came to install my ducted system were all incredibly polite and cleaned up after themselves. They confirmed the job requirements on arrival, kept us informed of their progress, seeking approval before proceeding when the need for a few additional tasks were discovered.
