From my first contact with Tammy, every step of the installation of our new Daikin 7•1 Split System went like clockwork.
Tom, the operations manager came to measure and quote the same day and I
I received the quote within 2 days as promised. As soon as I accepted the quote the unit was ordered and installed in less than a week.
I was very impressed with how the leading technician, Jono, mentored the first year apprentice, Matt, throughout the installation.
I am very happy with the new unit and the quality of the workmanship.

I got 2 aircon split units installed, a large one for the main living area, and a medium one for the main bedroom. Nixon worked really well, neat & clean, promptly. Staff was really professional and approachable. One of the unit cases had a very small dent from factory, and they didn't hesitate to replace it. The guys at Nixon did a great job. They had useful ideas when quoting the job. We're available to do the job in only a couple weeks. Turned up on time. Discussed the installation options with me and were very practical and quick doing the work. Jobs included moving powerpoints, installing security camera's, installing outdoor festoon downlights and installing laundry exhaust fan. I'll definitely be using them again for my next job.

Great notification/reminder service - you will not be left in the dark (ha) wondering if/when someone is turning up, or if your online enquiry was seen. Don't wait weeks to get someone to help you. Had an electrician and his apprentice remove an outdoor light and everything from the time I made the appointment to the completion of the job went perfectly. Nixon Electrical were super efficient and helpful. I rang at 9am and the electrician was there by 10am, same day, no hassles. A lovely young man who was diligent, thorough and very good at his job. Would recommend them to anyone. We needed an Electrical Safety Certificate, and what should have been straight forward ended up a bit more complicated because of a faulty connection. The electrician chased it down, replaced the wiring and all good.
